This map illustrates Talamh Beo’s research findings from the 2 year, IEN funded Strengthening Local Food Economies project. The food farms on this map have been identified as those who supply to local, short food supply chains. Please note location pins are approximate, based on information provide by farmers & found through research – ie. some farms have only given nearest town as a location and so the pins reflect this.

• Dark green pins are for farms which have provided their farm details and consent via our local food farm form.
• Light green pins reflect those farms who have been referred to us by members or have an online presence and could be confirmed as actively selling to their local markets.

The map is ‘live’ and will continue to be updated as more information is available. If you see an error or would like to adjust the location of your farm please email map@talamhbeo.ie.
