Fergal Smith runs Moyhill Farm in Co. Clare. One of his many passions is Holistic Land management and here he explains why. He runs a drop-in farm shop in Moyhill Farm where he sells wholesome food and even the neighbours raw milk. He has turkeys you’d rarely see raised as well in Ireland – grazing on the hills above Laninch, they are moved to new ground everyday and roam free until they go to bed at night safely in a makeshift trailer. Can’t wait to taste one for Christmas.
