We are delighted to share that we have been awarded funding under the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine’s Open Call for the Development of the Organic Sector for a two-year project titled Pathways to Organic Short Food Supply Chains.
This project will provide valuable resources for both new entrants and existing producers navigating SFSCs through:
An Organic Producers’ Guide offering practical, legal, and regulatory support for SFSCs.
A Mentoring Pilot Program matching new or transitioning producers with experienced organic mentors for structured, on-farm guidance.
A Case Study Report showcasing successful organic producers to inspire and inform.
